// case.overview

The challenge

// problem

Sending physical cards at scale meant juggling address spreadsheets, design files and manual print orders, with no view of what goes out when.

// approach

I designed the product around campaigns: pick a template, choose recipients, set timing — and reused the same building blocks across every step.

// focus

Recurring campaigns, clear send timing, a clean address book and a card editor that non-designers can use.

Outcome
